Sunless Cell not counting for Total Conquest is something they're aware of.
For now though, you can try locating someone with the Conqueror title already unlocked to have them launch one of the strikes you haven't completed yet.

Okay I wasn't sure if that was an option I thought maybe everyone had to have conquerors title to go into one of them.
