Lightning Surge needs a massive PvE damage buff.
It makes no sense being in the pathetic state that it's been in for months. It's not just lightning surge either. Most warlock abilities hit like wet noodles in the face of hunter and titan abilities, and these bullet sponge adds/bosses.

10 RespostasI mean I’ve never tried using it on stormcaller but specifically on prismatic you can use it with arcane needle and it’s good for clearing rooms with lots of red bars. I’ve used it with necrotic grips and it feels alright only cause you can get three charges of it. (It’s literally a warlock version of consecration spam) On stormcaller I could definitely see it needing a bit of a buff since you only get one charge of it without claws of ahamkara but at that point why not use those for double chain lightning?
