Light & Darkness package missing
Even though I bought the whole package, I was not given the season pass and final shape dungeon key. After purchasing, I opened cross save and although I did everything properly, there are a few items missing. (final shape dungeon key, season pass and annual pass not given.) Now isn't this fraud? After all, you did not give me the product in the package.
Also, I didn't have an account on Xbox when I opened the cross save, so there was nowhere to go, I didn't make a wrong step. My friend did the same thing a day ago and had no problems.

They got back to me and said there was nothing they could do, now have I been scammed?

The passes were correctly granted by Microsoft, as you can see here -> https://crimson.report/4611686018489087270/4611686018539511976 When you cross-saved to Steam, and set Steam as the Active account, it made the XBox profile go dormant, and the passes went dormant with it. To do it correctly, it is required to cross-save first and then make the purchase. Even if purchased on XBox, this would have tied the passes to Steam, as Steam would have been the Active account at the time. I see you're linking images from within a help ticket, if you've already filled out the missing Eververse and add-on form, you'd have to wait for Bungie to action that (no one here can expedite this).
