Having the same issues. Did you ever figure it out? I've cleared caches. Checked my SSD's for issues. Deleted temp and appdata folders. Restarted Modem/Router. Speed test is fine at 500mb+. Checked integrity of files on Steam. Everything checks out but still getting assets not loading increasingly often. Doesn't seem to be a widespread issue so not sure what it could be.
