You are right, you don't have to use prismatic all the time, but prismatic Titan shows the general problem titans have. Besides that, it is very clear that prismatic Titan lacks in comparison to Hunter or Warlock. This is ONE reason, why it is played not so frequently as Hunter or Warlock
