There was a Helmet in D1 from SRL that had the ability to remove cloak's hood so is definitely possible for them to do it. also give titans and warlock a similar option to remove [b]Those god awful titan marks[/b] and warlock bonds

They lack creativity and Dev time both Warlock bonds and Titan marks take 5 min to make by one dev meanwhile hunter cloaks take 5 hours with nine devs gotta put more effort and creativity into hunter cloaks.
