I don’t believe
There’s anything that will convince me that bungie isn’t manipulating PVP matches as they are played.
There’s just no way that a team is up by 30 and then loses by 40…no without help from Bungie
All the sudden all 6 members forget how to shoot aim cap zones. Not likely
Either they are manipulating the aim assist it’s something.
I’ve been on both sides of this…it’s fishy

It’s not you man! It’s clear to those that know the TTK and aim asst. I don’t think it’s intention. It has something to do with there broke -blam!- network and claim servers. Just a horrible frustrating mess.

I've had some off days where it feels like I'm losing engagements by the tiniest margin or just the smallest thing falls off track and the match is lost from what feels like an easy to win from start, but I also have had games where an entire team will spread so far apart in a Control match that I can walk back and cap their zone spawn by meself, uninterrupted and then run back to my team to help hold our own zones and continuously keep us at 2-1 zone advantage. Sometimes you really do just end up with and against players with potatoes for thumbs and below room-temp IQ or against others on the opposite side of the spectrum that move so fast like they know where you're exactly at and shoot so accurately that you're not sure if they're the same people who invented those damned controller mods.

I asked them to do this dynamically in matches with computer assistance/AI balance. They did it and sometimes its over-powering.. but a team can hold them off if they realize whats going on.. it probably leads to more balanced matches then fishiness but I have seen it as well. -
Sometimes it is a player leaving or being replaced by someone else and sometimes you get those situations where they are all spawning at all flags…. Funny how that happens

I think with crossplay it's the lag sometimes. The team that has the network advantage is gonna win. It does force wins sometimes. I might be intoxicated and not playing very well, then I'll get stuck in a team that just smashed the opposing team and I contribute so little I get no rewards anyways and it treats me like I'm afk. If you're talking specifically about IB it does seem like when you stomp a team there's some manipulation that causes the other team to come back. It's pretty consistent. I generally stay in those and still win. I'll also stop capping zones if I want a match to end. I'm not sure if I'm the only one that does this...

1 ResponderIt probably comes down to the forced 50/50 win rate. Quite a few PvP games in the industry have moved to this style of MM for some reason.

It's really hard to decide how to answer things like this. Is the answer supposed to be "no technically yourrrrrrr manipulating it!" Or should the answer possibly be "we've had sbmm for two or so years straight, is this supposed to be a good question?"

4 RespostasThere's a dmg glitch right now that doesn't require hard cheats. It needs to be done "in-match", so... what you COULD be experiencing is before and after said glitch.
