Armistice/Veterans day .. WE WILL REMEMBER THEM
Armistice day here in the UK, we have a national "stop what you are doing, stand still for 2 minutes at 11am, in respect for those that risked their lives, or fell fighting for us, and defending those that could not defend themselves" ***WE WILL REMEMBER THEM*** ...

26 years service in the Royal Air Force, retired in 2010. I wear my poppy with pride in remembrance of the fallen. At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember them.

19 Respostas“stand still for 2 minutes” These empty gestures are a waste of two minutes. You could actually do something for a veteran, or donate to an organization that provides help for them.
