I haven’t played this game in a few months and played new games and had fun and played a lot of destiny 1 and had fun. I got on tonight to play some destiny 2 and I don’t know what it was but I just got so bored. I played seasonal activities and a dungeon and it was boring. I miss when strikes mattered and now they aren’t really strikes anymore. They are more like a patrol area with unimaginative enemy spam. When I try doing higher level activities the difficulty isn’t fun but rather annoying. Two snipers spawn in and when they hit me I’m dead and it’s a reset or I’ll be mowing down a lot of enemies and then one of them explodes after death and then it kills me from max health to zero. I just feel like this game doesn’t encourage caution in higher levels but rather just punishes you to make you play longer. I wish the game had an ending to it instead of repeatable seasonal. Giving people stuff that can be done and that’s it for the year is better then just mindlessly hacking at a dead horse. I want the time spent playing to be spent completing the game and not spending my 15 year prison sentence that I paid for. I cancelled my final shape preorder and I will not be playing this game any longer unless there’s a good reason to or a lot of changes have been made. I encourage you to do the same if you feel the way I do. Give disclaimer I don’t play any PVP and I used to but I stopped since beta since it’s not my thing so this is based entirely on the PVE side of the game.
