Yeah, i guess hunter had too much neutral game exotics, need to -blam!- nerf them so they can only use assassin's cowl

I wouldn’t really count YAS as a neutral game Exotic since it’s tied to a specific grenade, but still it was one of the better options for Hunters without being majorly broken in PvE and they are going to ruin it with this change.
