Thank you for the response, but not being eligible isn't the problem I'm I'm having. I know I was eligible. If this was an issue of "Hey how come I didn't receive it" I would've made this post in Season 3, not in 2023. My issue is that it's not there when it should be after all the transmog changes. Sorry if that wasn't clear in my first post. However, I did play and I did meet the criteria in Season 2. I have the rest of the Prestige Ornaments; it's not like I'm begging for something I didn't actually work for. I worked on all the challenges because I wanted the armor set. I was there during Curse of Osiris. I used a helmet exotic all the time so I never cared about the helmet that I was missing because of how ornaments used to work back in the day, but I have the regular trials flawless helmet. "The Flowing Cowl" with the animated cyan glowing, not the regular one that was re-released for Prophecy. For the longest time I was missing the prestige Crucible ornaments but eventually I am now able to, again with the exception of the helmet. For whatever reason, I received all of my ornaments EXCEPT the helmet ones. Another example of just the helmet ornament being missing.This isn't a one-off issue and you guys have granted access to the ornaments years after they were gone. I think it was after Witch Queen release last year. It wasn't until I think it was WQ that we were able to transmog these Y1 ornaments, but I am missing the helmet ornament(s). That's my issue. It's not a matter of not having earned them, but that I'm simply missing them despite having earned them.
