Honestly... If they nerf it again I'll never touch the -blam!- warlock. They've nerfed it almost into the dirt and they're going to make it useless for solo players.
Terrible decision. But, I guess that's what we have to expect from a team that cares about money more than player experience.
Don't do it. They will, but they absolutely shouldn't. Make the new super fit in with the others without having to destroy what already exists.
It's just such a -blam!- shame they would rather destroy than balance.

honestly if they nerf well hopefully they buff it to make up for the nerf if its the healing output again, or nerf the damage boost and increase healing output from well. i honestly enjoy playing wellock to be a teamplayer.

5 RespostasThey didn't do much to it. I don't get what you're complaining about.

1 ResponderEditado por cycofreak3: 9/1/2023 12:03:50 PMLmao they nerfed Well? They don't want the other subclasses to have good supers but they won't abide Well of Radiance... Just tell me they hate warlocks and love titans given the state of PvP as well.

17 RespostasI don't mind a nerf to Well as long as there is compensation. Without Well, Warlocks offer almost nothing to the team in a Raid scenario; its supportive capabilities have been nerfed, self-sustain has been given to the other classes and Warlock supers are nowhere near top-damage because there are no ways to boost them. Every Warlock will breathe a sigh of relief if we're not expected to always be on Well of Radiance at all times, but that can't come at the cost of the class's place in the endgame; I do not want to trade "run Well all the time" to "run Cenotaph Mask all the time".

Seems like every time the Hunter or Titan community complains, they kiss their feet. I don't get it. It is supposed to be a community thing. Each character has their strengths until they nerf it for a bunch of cry babies

4 RespostasI’d like to remind everyone of 1 imports detail concerning well… Nearly ALL boss encounters in the game were made with well in mind. Nerfing well without modifying nearly ALL bosses in some way to compensate for lack of wells will rather severely hurt aspirational content participation. The skill gap in both pvp and pve will GREATLY increase, as there will be FAR less players with weapons and gear able to handle such content. It’s also likely that casuals will drop this game FAR more quickly. If they lose too much casuals and lose new players even more quickly, they’ll have to start advertising this game as a hardcore souls like game, and increase the in game prices even more to stay competitive on the gaming market, which we all know would piss veteran players off even more.
-
The problem is how they go about designing boss encounters. If they made it so the boss was constantly moving around like Rhulk then Well wouldn't be the instant pick. But since 90% of bosses in the game just stand still and let you dps on them that makes Well the best option.

8 Respostas😅😅😅😅😅😅😅🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂 Warlocks "Please Nerf Well So We Can Use Other Subclasses in Endgame" ......5 seconds later Warlocks "Bungie WTF Did You Nerf Well, That's The Only Subclass We Want To Use In Endgame" This community never fails to be entertaining
-
9 RespostasIf they make it less effective in PvP then fine idc about that but leave it alone in PvE.
-
Blame salty for that! 🤣
-
Killing space magic in a space magic game is such a bad move
-
8 RespostasSo, honest question for anyone, How would you get people off Well? Assuming for the sake of discussion Bungie has already 100% decided to address Well being all but necessary in the endgame, what do you think they could do that isn't a nerf that would make other options viable AND not power creep everything in the process?
-
Hopefully they design encounters where we don't have to sit still and take an ungodly amount of damage while we do dps lol
-
relax, titans got their bubble nerfed into uselessness when well became a thing. its about time warlocks get shafted with something.
-
instead of giving us a 4th arc hunter, solar warlock, and void titan, they should've gave us something completely new, since there's video proof of weapons, abilities, and other things from the showcase and previous d2 leaks and reveals showing a new super and damage type that's blood red
-
12 Respostasi'm -blam!- stoked. i hate well and i hate running solar. no seriously. i cannot wait for bungie to nerf well into line with the rest of the supers. i want to stop being bullied by lfgers when i'm the only warlock. i want to do dps output. i want to stop standing in one teensy space and then get blamed for dying when someone walks in front of me when we've got rockets as dps. i'm sick to death of well being a hard necessity. i don't want it and i'm going to die mad that out of every bad lfg experience, it was because of well of radiance. there have been many bad experiences, too, enough that i haven't lfg'd in MONTHS. i play every single day for hours at a time and love raiding - i don't have enough friends who have the same amount of time and energy to put into destiny to go raiding, so i just haven't done raiding at all in a whole season or longer. so with regards to well getting a nerf i reiterate, GOOD. i hope it becomes functionally useless.
-
Good. I quit playing my Warlock just so I can say they're too low of a level for whatever activity it's expected to be used in. It's not our fault though, Bungie has built the content around it, instead of nerfing it hard before it got out of hand like they should have.
-
1 ResponderOh no! Don't threaten to not play a class in the game lol Like they care 🤣
-
Stop being terrible at the game.
-
Wait what did they do to well? I miss something.
-
You can thank SaltaGreppo for that.
-
2 RespostasEven if it is, we'll have D1 Radiance back with the new Song of Flame super. I just wish they would have kept the part where it super charged your Grenade cooldown, so that we could toss a bunch of Solar Grenades. I hope that new tracking projectile we got instead will be strong.
-
Well should have been nerfed when they nerfed weapons of light on bubble, it's the best pve super in the game...
