I know some of yall are down on bungie and the game, that's cool. I'm not, and the stuff they showed today, i liked.

1 ResponderI did not. I thought the story in Deep was bad, but -blam!- this season, it's just worse. Bungie: Hey Oppenheimer, your device is TOO destructive and morally reprehensible. We've decided to go a different direction to end the war. We think crystals and scented candles will defeat Imperial Japan and achieve a more amicable peace settlement. All the while the Guardian is standing there. WTF!?! Nevermind, where's that mop and bucket from Crows hideout? Looks like I have cleanup in aisle 3.....😔

1 ResponderNah I was unimpressed with it but If I got a chunk of change laying around when final shape drops I might consider buying just that season. But I'm not pre-ordering the whole year in advance again not after lightfall where literally the whole year of content was garbage only this season seems to be any good. If I wanted to waste my hard earned money again I'd just take my wallet out of my pocket and set it on fire it would serve the same purpose as buying another year of d2.

I only play PvP, I'm going to wait untill I start getting destroyed in crucible by the new weapons and supers/abilities then I may cave. I haven't even finished lightfall and unlocked strand...

That's the way to do it so that you wait until the dlc actually launches to see if it's worth it or not. Now frankly, I haven't really had a problem with purchasing any of the yearly packs with the exception of lightfall, that might just be the lowest point besides year 1 I can think of, so here's hoping it's at least better than that.

1 ResponderI'm personally getting burned out, but Ive been playing since D1 Beta so its been ten years. I am thinking of getting that Collectors though. Figure I can finish at Final Shape, see how these "episodes" go and go from there, but have that Tower as a capstone for my ten years.
