In the developer insight it was stated you were introducing a new archetype. Statements like that come of as really shortsighted and out of touch with the current state of the game.

spoiler it is, making a unique archetype gun a different archetype gun is a new archetype , and spoiler probably the raid/season will have the new archetype hc
-
31 RespostasTbf, we've never seen a gun like it before
-
2 RespostasIt's literally a step below being Crimson --- Crimson is going to become to this archetype; what Vigilance Wing is to Pulses. Just an exotic that fires slightly differently and has a special trait to make it 'exotic'.
-
1 ResponderI'm super hyped for the rework. I still have my old Warden's Law from when it first released, and I used that thing a ton.

6 Respostas
In the developer insight it was stated you were introducing a new archetype. Statements like that come of as really shortsighted and out of touch with the current state of the game.
No, it’s literally a new archetype…
-
It's not content either. Bungle sucks, this is funny how devoid of creativity this team of wokies really is,lol.
-
7 RespostasFunny they brought that back but gave up on aggressive fusion rifles after they gave Coriolis Force a terrible perk pool. Then 2 seasons later buffed all the other fusion archetypes except aggressive frames, which put them in a spot where they had no point. Honestly, I loved Coriolis, but if they had given it perks like vorpal, resivour burst, shot package, or rampage, it could have been good. They also should have given it shotgun barrel options as this would have benefited it more. If it ever does come back, I hope they tighten the spread when ads, that it's only flaw as you can't use it in pvp due to the spread. So, ohks are nearly impossible, even at 5 meters.

1 ResponderI like how they blame Wardens Law not working on the players lol. So very Bungie.
-
The game is just stale now , it’s all been used weapons , places , bosses . Nothing is surprising or interesting like it used to be . For me now destiny is still fun in very small doses but mostly tedious and lacklustre .

Yeah, -blam!- Bungie adding new archetypes of weapons into the game! Who cares about that crap!? I mean, Falling Guillotine was absolute trash! Martyr's Retribution was so out of touch with the game! And who can forget Temptation's Hook, Dimensional Hypotrochoid, Sacred Provenance, Coriolis Force, and Stormchaser!? Bungie should just stick to whatever they launched Destiny 2 Vanilla with and never, ever, ever, ever, ever release a gun into the game that might be initially the only one in its archetype! What are they even thinking!? Next they might add new weapons into that archetype and what a tragedy that would be! We need to have less diversity! Less loot! Less choices! We need to go back beyond double primaries! Back before static rolls! We need Bungie to take everything away and give us "Gun"! And, if we're fantastically lucky, and Bungie is ever so benevolent, we'll get "Gun 2" which is just "Gun" but now we have 2 of them! Seriously, the only reason y'all are even upset is because Bungie's reworking Warden's Law. The ironic part is, if Bungie had said that they were making a new hand cannon in this archetype, y'all would be flaming them for not bringing back Warden's Law. It's entirely possible that Warden's Law could end up like Sacred Provenance or Martyr's Retribution, or it could be an abject failure like Coriolis Force and we'll never see another gun in that archetype. At least if Warden's Law 2.0 fails a second time, it will have cost significantly less resources than Coriolis Force did.

Bring back lunas howl I say.

Dead on arrival

7 RespostasBungie will always promote stuff there proud of working on. But being proud of bringing back a old raid old strike weapon and old trials weapon and go like here guys pay us new money lol
-
Yet people keep eating it up
-
Bungie has abandoned this franchise and moved on to Marathon. This exemplifies their bare-minimum effort they are willing to spend on this game anymore.

Editado por xbroggiex: 7/27/2023 10:18:09 PMSo Wardens Law is an Aggressive Sidearm that has an identity crisis, great. "We're going to take the unique aspect of this gun and completely remove it and make it like another weapon type that already exists!" - Bangie Considering they wrote a short story in the blog post about literal 10-20 second audio logs that are just time gated, I'm not really surprised at this point.
-
Which handcannon currently shoots 2 bullets every trigger pull?
-
They've already said there's going to be more than one hand cannon like this, so it's not just one at all
-
I’d be very suprised if they don’t also release 1 or 2 other two bursts
-
The reasoning behind it is also so strange. "We can't balance handcannons properly. Had to delete 150's, nerfed TLW into the ground and HC's still suck in PvE. Therefore, we're making a new archetype to balance around." Wat. 🤨

Editado por Major-Payne: 7/28/2023 10:45:45 AMI’m just glad to have a old new weapon to grind for again for the first time.
-
26 RespostasSorry, this is a brand new archetype. There is no gun that will act this way besides wardens law.
-
14 RespostasI mean it definitely is a new archetype. There is no gun that shoots like what was described today. I'll say t's a poor attempt at innovation that nobody asked for, but it is, technically speaking, new.
-
That just means there is likely more to come a 180 140 solar stasis n so on
-
9 RespostasName another 2 burst handcannon that exists...
-
... Do you not know how archetypes work?
