If you suspect someone of cheating you can from in-game drop down menus either during or directly after a given match, or through Bungie’s site at the following link: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497451-Report-Suspected-Cheating They will investigate the reported player and take appropriate action based on data available to them from said player’s game history.
