Bungie, you released the TWAB about warning, suspending and banning cheaters. Now players are calling your bluff. The game has skyrocketed with peripheral users this past week after you released the TWAB. You need to skip the warning and start flat out with suspensions. Between that and network throttle devices the game is getting stupid bad. Be aggressive to be taken seriously. No child listens to the parent, boss, teacher, etc that says they will do something but don't. You just have to get tougher.
