Big issues are on the list in under a day Normal in about a week, more or less Lightfall has been out for 5 weeks so yes, more than enough time to get on the list if there were to be an issue

Some issues are even quietly removed from the known issues without ever being addressed. And as people have said above, the help forum threads are how people report issues for Bungie to investigate. That's never been a guarantee they will. Even worse, sometimes things that feel like they're bugs are actually intended behaviour, and they don't list those or really even acknowledge they're a won't-fix scenario. We don't know and you don't know. Let Bungie weigh in if they will.
