Easy, no exotics. Doesn't have to be a permanent change but I'd be curious how different things end up stats wise compared to a normal Trials game. Loreley, Stompees, Wormhusk, OeM, Citans, Stag, Le Monarque, All tex mechanica weapons... literally every cheese in Destiny PvP is either caused by or exacerbated by 1 or a combination of exotics. I'd bet a weekend of Trials without exotics would have a higher population and better games overall since people wouldn't be able to crutch on whatever the hottest cheese is that season.
