Gambit Engrams should only drop gambit weapons
If gambit engrams would only drop gambit weapons, making it plausible for people to be able to finally farm bottom dollar at a reasonable rate than more people would actually play gambit especially if there were other weapons that were worth seeking out.
Much like Saint 14 with trials weapons. You won’t get a large whirlpool from Saint 14 you only get trials weapons. I think more people would feel compelled to play Gambit if the system were the same, perhaps it should be that way for crucible and Vanguard especially in the future if there are worthy weapons that are particular to those playlist.

1 ResponderThat's been a problem since forsaken and why we been told them remove random public loot from the crucible, vanguard and Gambit vendor making them matter by dropping their own faction loot In Witch Queen Vanguard should have enough weapons to support it's own vendor add the nightfall weapons too cause we don't need more nightfall loot pool rotation on a new expansion start all over again Crucible and gambit should have enough weapons as well

Been having this sentiment since gambits inception especially with how tedious it is hell with all the new rolls on these playlist weapons you'd think they'd switch it up.

2 Respostasif you have "properity" on your ghost just play 4 rounds the random drops are very good. I got a 3 good Servant Leader to keep in my vault.

They don't because there weren't/aren't enough weapons plus it's the whole "it's free, we can't monetize it, so it's not our highest priority." They put trials behind a paywall, that's why the focused any attention to that. I think one thing is bungie struggle to make weapons, armor for the playlists vendors which is why we never got refrehses. And to combat that they just made "world loot" that drop from all vendors. That way they don't have to make 3 times the weapons. And it's also almost all recycled guns at this point. Everybody knows they need a recasters. Iron banner and crucible need them but they also would need a bunch of new weapons and armor to focus and right now there's like two guns in each of those playlist.

I agree. Crucible, Gambit, Trials and Iron Banner should only drop and/or award that activity’s gear and weapons. World loot should drop from world locations like Europa, the Moon, EDZ, etc.

I forgot which update they mentioned it in, but all core playlists plus IB will be getting the Trials loot treatment in an upcoming season. The way it currently works is that the older playlist exclusive weapons have an abysmally small drop rate compared to the new ones (which is why you have more rolls of Sorrow's Verse from Crucible than anything else right now), so hopefully, it truly becomes targeted loot.... Probably would've been a good use for the crucible tokens there, but whatever. I'm not sure if they'll change anything about Clan Engram loot though. It'll probably still be randomised world drops but I still get peeved if I see one from Gambit/Crucible and get something like Tangled Shore armour. At the same time, I guess the fact that other clan members can earn it for you so you can easily log in once a week to collect without doing anything balances that out. Anyway, yeah, I hope that update comes soon, especially for Gambit and Iron Banner. Tired of getting the same, unimpressive loot and would love to be actually be able to farm specific rolls.

Editado por Demon_XXVII: 12/7/2021 5:21:22 PMThe loot chase needs to be targeted Gambit loot from Gambit (weapons & 60+ base stats on Gambit themed armour) The same specifics for QP Crucible, Vanguard Strikes etc Weapons & 65+ base stat Armour in Iron Banner/Comp/Trials/Master+ NF etc (Weapons having double perk choices) Also, DC/Moon/Europa weapons & armour from the relevant Dungeons, Lost Sectors/Blind Well/Astral/Ascendant Challenges/ etc - with 65+ base stats on Legend/Master lost sectors, empire/ nightmare hunts (adept+ difficulty) etc I also would prefer the single weapon loot in Nightfalls (the perk pool is swamped & there’s nothing worse than trying to get a Palindrome/Shadowprice/Plug 1/Hung Jury etc & ending up with a dreadful Swarm/Comedian/Uzume RR4/Hothead

Blame Sunsetting. It made the loot tables for the vendors so small that all of them got rolled into one, universal loot table.

2 RespostasI have only gotten the scout rifle until the other day when I got a fusion rifle with a bad roll. Along with the often asked for “auto dismantle blues/only drop legendaries” I’d like a farming thing set up so if a weapon or armor doesn’t have what you set up, it auto shards it.

5 RespostasYou would think it would be like this for all playlists activities. Most of the time it’s not even worth doing a normal strike because all you’ll ever get is blues and maybe one legendary if you’re lucky.

I prefer game mode locked engrams instead of world pool engrams too. Bring that back.
