After a lot of thought I've decided to hang up my cloak and bows. Destiny 2 held a lot of promise but unfortunately Bungies greed has ruined the enjoyment of it for me and for many others. I wasn't around when D2 launched, I wasn't even playing Online games [i](for reasons I won't get into)[/i] D2 launched not long after I had gone offline. I went back online [i](around the release of BL)[/i] and got D2, I had been looking forward to getting into it and catching up on what I'd missed but Bungie had vaulted all that content - I was left with the copy paste introduction of D1 with some annoying changes. I'm a D1 veteran so you can imagine how I felt about that, then as I got into D2 I came across all the changes they've made from D1 and I certainly wasn't happy. I decided to stick with it though, played all the DLC [i](that has yet to be vaulted)[/i] and even bought a couple of the seasons but the more I've thought about everything they've done with D2 and more recently implementing that terrible transmog system - the more I felt my motivation to load D2 up dwindle. I had lost my motivation before too, before season of the chosen launched but the fact that they decided to get rid of sunsetting gave me a bit of hope that they'd actually start to [i](maybe)[/i] take things in the right direction. I could go on and on about why I'm no longer going to play D2 but the thing that's [u]really[/u] killed it for me is Bungies greed and their disrespect of their players. As far as I'm concerned D2 is just going to sit there gathering dust while I have an actually enjoyable experience in it's predecessor. And no, I'm not going to be back next season or the next DLC, I'm not coming back until Bungie get their act together but I have very little faith that will ever happen, so this is it.
