All rewards appear in Amanda Holliday's inventory in the Tower Hangar. Have you checked there?

I have checked there, and the rewards have never shown up for me to collect. And I made sure that the rewards I’m talking about were in my rewards history on the bungie website.

It sounds like something occurred between your connection between Prime Gaming. This could have occurred for several reasons, such as someone else claiming the content, not having Amazon Prime, connecting to the wrong Bungie.net account, not connecting Destiny 2 to your Bungie.net account before claiming the rewards, or something else occurring. You may want to de-link and then relink everything. Unfortunately, Prime Gaming rewards can only be claimed one time - if you don't see them in your Partner Rewards, you may want to [url=https://twitch.amazon.com/tp/oauth/start/bungie?overwrite=true&redirectUrl=https://twitch.amazon.com/prime/loot/destiny2]re-link your accounts together [/url]then wait until next month to claim that Gear Drop then see if they appear in Amanda Holliday's inventory in the Tower Hangar. You may want to disconnect your accounts and reconnect them so that this doesn't happen again in the future.
