Vote for unsetting gear!!
Bungie should make a daily or weakly quest acquirable from Banshee that will allow us to unsunset a weapon.
Edit: For people who deleted gear, the could do a manageree (not sure I spelt that correctly) type event to get that gear. The quests are to gradually re-introduce the items and to give people a reason to play more. The players who deleted gear would work for the lowest gear they had up to the most powerful doing easy challenges for the lower gear and harder challenge for powerful gear. However they will not have to complete a challenge that matches the activity they did to originally acquire the gear seeing as they already owned it. It would come already unsunset to allow them to keep up with everyone else. For people who never had that gear get a chance to acquire some of the gear.(except raid gear).
Edit 2: You would be able to target a certain weapon. You would be able to get a special banner like thing allowing a huge chance to get the role you want. Even if you don’t get it, you will be able to swap a perk for 2 enhancement cores. This will allow you to re-acquire it without having to do the event a endless amount of times.

2 RespostasTf is this post? Some People have deleted their sunset gear. There is literally no possible way for bungie to just hand back everyone the things they lost so it’s just better to keep old things sunset to make it fair for everyone. The second choice in your poll just seems biased to your opinion, making people who pick it seem they enjoy having things taken away, they don’t. Also the idea of having some kind of quest to unsunset is ridiculous as it would only spark outrage in the community more because they would have to work more for what they already worked hard to obtain.

22 RespostasUnsunsetting old weapons can’t work because some people already deleted theirs. It wouldn’t be fair to then pull a “yeah you can use them again after we said you couldn’t ever again.” It sucks not having them, but the message THAT act would send is even worse.

3 Respostasno. not because its a bad idea, but because its a big middle finger right up the canal for all the players who actually dedicated the time and effort to get said weapons pre nerf and sunset like not forgotten and mountaintop(felwinters is excluded because all bungie had to do was open the door). but it would also be like why did i just waste hours of gameplay to get guns that wont matter 2 seasons from now, so i delete them(not saying i did but in general for vault space) just to find out i can use them again after i delete them. so like most cases yes it would be a good idea but its how would other people see it. i mean players were already peeved about the monument to lost lights and them putting pinnacles in it.

1 ResponderAs long as its not pinnacle or ritual weapons, then I wouldn't mind terribly. But there would still be weapons that would make pvp even worse. Like spare rations and mindbenders.

I’d like to see the pinnacles and ritual weapons come back when they’ve been adjusted (which is most). Miss using some of them outside the few activities they are still viable in. The only one that would still need reworking before moving forward would be Revoker I think to avoid angry posts. Rip Redrix, LH, Randy’s and that Gambit auto rifle I’m forgetting about.
