Definitely annoying as it now blocks me out of getting the emblem for completing all the challenges i was on the way to getting.
( Emblem is on bungie rewards)

It is operating completely within parameters set by Bungie. Nobody said you MUST win by getting kills. I believe eliminating one's self from competition is not against any end-user agreement by Bungie, Steam/XBOX,PS, or any ISP. If it is, please point out where, so this information can be spread throughout the Bungie community.
