You are definitely misinform. We are not getting seasonal levels removed. The level progression is being brought down to season of the Dawn back when the seasonal levels not the Pinnacle levels the regular levels that you can get from powerful was a max of ten
.. then likely the Pinnacle level would be 5 extra levels...
If Bungie was to do that removed the seasonal levels and only leave the Pinnacles people wouldn't even bother with it. It's a waste of time everybody hates the fact that you only get items to drop one or two levels above your overall level...
