As a warlock main, I fully agree. It’s not only about the rift being a bit lacklustre, it’s extremely hard to get the placement in the heat of a fight already. For example: hunter dodge helps avoid gunfire, when popping a barricade titans gain a reduction in damage taken (not sure how much but test yourself) but when popping a rift, it’s making you wayyy too vulnerable and if you’re popping a healing rift you’re already most likely weak. Mostly stopped popping it entirely unless there’s no other choice, good suggestions and ideas tho :)
