Verify Integrity of Game Files errors over 2 weeks on brand new PC.

Im having this reoccuring verify files issue, but on a brand new PC. After simply verifying and getting errored about 5 times in a row I proceeded to: -Verified files multiple times -Deleted steam_appid -Tried setting to run as admin, and disabling full screen optimization. As well as having to reverse this process. -Tried steam beta and not steam beta. -Did a whole uninstall and reinstall. -Deleted everything but packages and then verified files. -Changed the language of steam. -Deleting "w64_*******.pkg" and then verifying -Examine the Windows Event Log ( ERROR or WARNING under Hardware / System / Application) for entries related to Destiny 2 and CPU / GPU -Examine the Destiny 2 crash log if you can find it, to assist in tracking down the cause of the error. Destiny 2's Crash Log: crash_info.txt may be under /Destiny 2/temp/crash_folder/pc_x64/ or search the drive where Destiny 2 is installed for crash_info.txt Try reverting to default Destiny 2 settings by deleting cvar file as described at https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46407 -Enabled X.M.P setting in BIOS ^This last option seemed to sort it out for about a week until last night when it imploded AGAIN. -Did a full uninstall of steam and destiny 2 that worked for about 24 until 30 minutes ago i got the verify error again. Did a verify im back in game for now... will update when/if it goes down again. Update: Killed 2 bosses and then the game just closed. No error message initially, upon reloading it gave me a verify error again. Verifying seems to fix it for 10-20 minutes but then it goobers again and i have to reverify.
