HOW TO FIX LEVELING... Issue is the GEAR...just stop tying power level to individual pieces of weapons and armor. Power level should be purely based experience. What sense does it make that I put in hours to get to 1050, but if I want to use an old favorite gun I drop to 990? Be like Borderlands. Or fallout. Or God of war.
