I played D1 a LOT, then I bailed and played D2 a little - I never picked up Forsaken King. The other day I was bored stupid on MW and thought I'd check out Destiny again - much changed!
So I'm now re-leveling my guy up to 950 or so, I left D2 after completing the Leviathan a chunk of times.
There looks like there's loads of cool new content out there but no one on my friends list is playing anymore.
Whisper - this looks like a stunning throwback to VoG
Forges
Gambit?!
Menagerie?
MOAR Raids
Some stupid strong Seraph public event thing?
Quests
I started the lie quest and perhaps a couple of others but find out there's a seasonal aspect now and that some content, it included, will be removed in June sometime.
So, where do I go from here? I'd love to get up to max-ish level again and get raiding and am aware I'll need to find some people to do that with but what happens are worth keeping/quests are worth completing and so on?
If I pick up a weapon at 750, how can I make it stronger, there's so much I've missed I'm not sure where to start. I don't *mind* being a filthy casual but I also love strolling about wrecking the -blam!- that cross my path :D
any help appreciated, thanks - an if anyone wants a noob to lead on a raid or wants another for the whisper challenge - holla! Using a titan on this account as cba to run one of each again, those days are gone with D1 :D

8 RespostasYour very first step should be... UNINSTALL!!!! You think it’s new cool stuff but it’s shit. Bungie ruined it all!!!!

Editado por Riven’s No.1 Cookie Baker: 5/26/2020 4:02:25 PMI recommend going for The Lie first, since it will go away after this season. After that,... Try everything. You might find some fun stuff. And you’ll have to look up a lot of things, like where to start the outbreak perfected quest, and how to do whisper, (they’re both parkour missions), and all sorts of other fun exotic quests. Also, don’t worry about power level, almost everything in the game right now is 750. And as for people who tell you to uninstall destiny,... don’t. They’re just burnt out since they’ve done everything already. But there’s tons of content now. You should try to do almost all of it.

Where to start? Dashboard and uninstall

3 RespostasEditado por Abbarraxx: 5/26/2020 12:24:11 AMAt this point for this season (15 days left), I'd concentrate on the Moon Bunker and completing the quest for Felwinter's Lie. It can be done in a couple of hours, so long as you have access to the Moon Bunker (not sure if there is a bunker level requirement to access the quest, but I don't think there is). The Bunkers and the quest for Felwinter's Lie goes away at the end of the season. The rest of what you mention will continue past this season. Talk to Ana Bray on Mars to pick it up. The first step (complete 9 million Seraph Tower events) was a community event and has already been completed, so that step will auto complete.

1 ResponderEditado por Sweet Lew 88: 5/25/2020 11:51:41 PMEverything at 750 should be able to be infused up to 1010 eventually. However the strategy is to not power them up, just wear what you get. I wouldn't infuse anything at 950 either, maybe at 1000, but ultimately at 1010. The reason is that it's too expensive for the gains. Here's a guide if you want to watch. https://youtu.be/HprKOQT0Pm8

1 ResponderIf you have any misc world quests, those can be helpful in getting your bearings in some of tue newer content

2 RespostasI’d say do the lie quest since you won’t be able to complete it soon. But then I’d wait until next season since the soft cap will get raised and might save you some playtime. If you don’t want to wait. Do all your powerful gear on one character. When your done on one character, transfer your weapons to the next character and repeat. Ideally, you should just not buy any future seasons and drop this game. But if you’re having fun, who am I to stop you

8 RespostasBeing honest unless you have a real desire to play right now I'd wait until next season as the level cap etc should increase. If you really want to play now then just do what you find fun, having everyone else tell you what you should be doing doesn't necessarily mean it's fun for you. It's a tough question to answer for anyone really specially when we are at season's end pretty much.
