By making a point that “seems” to support it, you are viewed in a way that makes you ...obviously... seem like a supporter of this kind of practice in-game. The only reasons someone would decide to make such an obvious statement as “stores sell things to make money” In response to the OP, are either that they support the practice or they are being purposefully obtuse for no reason other than to create reasons to flex their keyboard warrior skills. Which reason is yours?

That is true. However its much more agressive now. Before Y3 you had the engram that would give you current season items. The well rested buff lasted for 3 levels per character per week, that was 9 engrams just from the buff. Now you have the buff lasting for 5 levels per accunt. Thats one engram per buff. Nevermind the fact that the engram is useless now as it doesnt even give you bright dust from the stuff inside it.

Now, are they making more ornaments for the items? Yes. As they should. The issue here is that we were spoiled in the beginning being allowed to obtain these items by playing the game. If I was spending all that time making cool re skins I would want you to pay me for it. That's labor man. And just think of it this way, it's going to them now. It's not Activision collecting all the money and giving them a cut. If they have healthy quarters then we should expect more from them. If they don't improve then we have more than enough reason to drop the game

Lets take a minute here to realize that we payed $60 minimum for game oj launch, this game then had dlcs which cost more money, another $60 for forsaken, then black armory, sotd, opulence, and shadowkeep. Thats a load of money right there however now we have on top of that, even more seasons to pay for and a full on store with a battlepass, loot boxes, and direct purchases. What other game on the planec asks for this much money. Warframe another looter shooter is free, has free dlc, and lets you earn 99% of items in game for free. You can even earn premium currency easily. Borderlands 3, another looter shooter is $60 with dlc every 3 months and the season pass is $50 with free events and updates and inly a few cosmetics to purchase. R6 is $20-60 for purchase with free seasons, updates, characters, maps and there is only a few cosmetica to buy such as weapon skins. No other game has a battle pass, loot boxes, in game store, dlc, and seasons
