Please make Perfect Paradox an exotic like it deserves.
For the shotgun that Saint-14 used, its really underwhelming. So like a bunch of legendary weapons that later turned into exotics the Paradox deserves the same treatment.
Its exo-perk could be called:
•Conviction- As your health gets lower, gain a kill to load one shrapnel shell that overpenetrates and causes DoT. This weapon deals more damage to Fallen combatants. (hidden perk, when paired with the Helm of Saint-14, the Paradox gains a special melee animation+)
+Upon further consideration, due to the finishing blow animations coming in Shadowkeep, when you wear the Helm of Saint-14 the finisher should do the meatiest headbutt imaginable. Comparable with, but never as cool as the one Saint performed.

It would seem fitting if they added it into the new vex raid too. Imo the new raid would be way cooler if it linked to the infinite forest.

They should bring back the universal remote but with an ability to change into an assault rifle when you hold reload.

I'd settle for letting us bring it forward to Y2/Y3 perk levels. I still use it, but it's a bit underwhelming.

2 RespostasIt should do bonus damage to Vex not Fallen. He gave it to us during CoO, the Vex “dlc”. Also, I liked it better as a void energy shotgun because it helped against Minotaurs during EoW. Once they moved it to the Primary slot and removed the void energy it got vaulted then dismantled.

I would prefer not so I could still use Hardlight. Just give it Immobouis' perk when in a St. Bubble. Boom, linked.

1 ResponderThis is my new go to shotty! I was thinking one day i wish their was a kinetic rapid fire shotty for PVE and someone remindend me about the paradox and my god i have never looked back. 👽

I actually like Perfect paradox tbh. That doesn't mean that the sg don't need some love! What most ppl don't know is that this gun is one of the best sgs like Ikelos and threat level(i think it's the name). You can use perfect paradox til you get a good roll threat level. Can't remember the name of the guy and where I see the info about this tbh. Is not the 1st time ppl here on the forum and reddit say the same about perfect paradox too.

Yeah I wish they’d do something with it. I’d love more armor and weapons based off famous guardians. The saint 14 missions etc was cool, not complicated, just fun and nice lore.

Imperfect Paradox (Exotic Arc Shotgun) Perk 1 (An Imperfect Trade) - Half of the pellets landed on the target are returned to your magazine. Precision hits returned boost the damage of the next shot. The buff is called "Forest's Gift" Perk 2 (Paradoxical Memory) - Killing or dealing damage to an enemy when the "Forest's Gift" buff is active grants increases melee damage and range, and adds an AOE effect. This is granted with the buff "Infinite Fist" which stacks up to 3 times. When killing an enemy while the buff is at a 3x stack performs a headbutt on the next melee attack, refreshing the buff timer and granting melee energy. While wearing the helm of saint 14 you get a different headbutt animation. "The Infinite Forest is mysterious in many ways, but when your hands grasped that weapon out of the forge... the mysteries grew stronger, and even shattered time itself.
