Fair Menagerie chest solution
You can earn up to 3 chests if you are fast enough.
If you only need three or less encounters you earn three chests. If you need less then five encounters you get at least two chested. And if you need more then five encounters you only got your one chests.

Best solution is to just farm it like crazy till it’s patched then just don’t play it after. People are happiest when loot is flowing. 20 min for a legendary that probably won’t have the roll I want? I’m good. Bungie is gonna have to learn that rewarding people is more beneficial than not
