I'd Like to Apologize for My last Post
I went too far with my criticisms of you all. Of all the places I've been, either irl or on the net, you all have been the kindest to me. Thank you for that. While being made into a meme can hurt, I realize that if I'm going to openly maintain my bearhood and be a meaningful part of the community, I need to have a sense of humor. While I find comments such as [b]"can I hunt you and make you into a rug?"[/b] hurtful, I also think that most of you would probably never actually harm me in reality.
So in short: I'm sorry for my angry post.
But I can't just be silent about the bear I am, like a lot of you want me to. I have to be honest about my theriotype. To be silent about that, as many other therians are, would be to personally deny the meaningfulness of my own existence. It is just what it is.

The reason most people are annoyed with you is that well, as most people in this post said, you're basically bringing up the same subject over and over and over again. We already know that you're a bear, But we don't know anything else about you, so that's why people are getting onto you for 'being just a bear and that's it'. They want to know more than you other than your species, like what's your interests? Your favourite movie? Your favourite game? Your dreams? Talking more about yourself as a person and not just a bear helps you settle in better in Offtopic. We have cat people here in Offtopic, but they talk about games, movies, politics and a whole range of different stuff instead of only talking about yarn balls. So to put it simply, Please don't confine yourself to just being a bear. Be more open and talk about other things that you enjoy. We're always open to diversity, but we want you to break the stereotype and be more open with yourself. It'll really help you settle in better with others and you'll enjoy your time in Offtopic more. 1 ResponderYa know what? I'm sorry too. I responded to that post about how this is a very close-minded community and that you'll just have to "deal with it" and that was shitty. I was having a particularly rough time that day and shouldn't have taken it out on you or this community. This place is more open than I have it credit for when compared to other places like Reddit and such. The main problem I've had with you as a user (that is if you're not trolling, I honestly have no idea at this point) is that you keep making posts about being a bear and it gets annoying. It's like when the gay friend of the group has to constantly bring up the fact that they're gay. It's like "We get it. Please build your personality around some other characteristic". It's annoying to only be told this one thing about a person over and over and over because, although it may be a defining characteristic, it does not define the entirety of who you are.

Also, if you want to prove to these forums that you aren't a troll, show your Destiny 2 characters. You shouldn't have anything to hide. Nobody is going to judge your progress in that trash game. But doing so will show that you aren't someone's alternate account, guaranteed you've played passed the Farm. Playing to the Farm is the minimum for posting here, so if you got there then stopped then that shows you're someone's alt

That's cool man, and I'm sorry that happened to you. But I agree with most of the guys on here, and I mean all of this in the most respectable way possible, saying that most of your posts are about the same thing. Maybe find something that you can stick with (other than being a bear posts), some people make story posts, others make political posts, and others make crap and bait posts. You just need to find more variety to post about on here.
