You get it for only 4 seconds after Recluse is active, goes away when stowed, and you still have to contend with limited effective range... It's fine.

It's fine for pvp, but it kind of breaks pve. It fits the same job as tarrabah, does it better, doesn't take an exotic slot and is more consistent to get. I think it needs retuning in pve.
