Hi! Thank you for the reply. At the time i was running Google( Facebook and Youtube opened) , and Discord. These were the only programs running.
Edit: I usually listen to podcast if i am playing alone.

Do you have any cheat or mod software that you use in other games?
-
These were NOT the only programs you had open. Again...if you want help, you have to be honest.
-
Editado por lol: 6/9/2019 2:31:16 PMI promise these were all the programs running. Edit: I dont know is Steam was running in the background with its autostartup though.
-
That is impossible. At a bare minimum, you also needed the battlenet launcher running. Regardless, I’m done trying to help you out since you clearly aren’t being honest with us or yourself.
-
Really. Come on man. Be honest.
-
I gonna be honest now. Not if i wasn't before. I was playing Destiny 2 , of course the Battle.net was running in a background minimized. I was listening to a podcast on Youtube , and my Facebook was opened , because i was waiting for my cousin to play D2 Co-op. Discord is always open if i am at my PC. These were the only programs running, for sure. And as i've said I dont know if Steam was running in the background.
-
Again, do you have any software installed used to cheat, hack, or debug? It doesn't have to be used with d2.
-
There has to be more. Or was more and you removed it. All reports are checked by a real person before bans are issued. Bungie take the ban process VERY seriously as they are losing a player and customer. So I say again. Please be honest.
-
I am now just given up since i have told the truth and no one believes it.
-
You haven't answered all of the questions we've asked. Enjoy your ban.

Editado por lol: 6/9/2019 2:53:25 PMOK. One last try. Im going to try to answer all the quistions. I've already listed the programs running while i was playing D2 and when i got the bann. Earlier that day i was playing Soldiers: Heroes of World War 2 modded, and that required Hex Editor , but im told that, Hex Editor (HxD) isn't a third party program. I removed that program while the game was logging in* because the guy i was playing with said that it can interfere with other games/programs. Edit: I mean when D2 was logging in.*
-
Which means it was running at the same time as D2. That triggered the ban.
-
Well there you go......as my original reply mentioned, having a mod program open while running D2 will get you banned. See...being honest wasn’t really that hard, now was it?
-
We tried Hokies.......
-
Gave a last try. You can read it. Last of last.
-
That did it. Guilty as charged. Any cheat programs running, even in the background, will trigger a ban. Thanks for finally being honest and I'm sorry you lost your D2 account and money spent. Your rig, your account, your responsibility.
