This is how many people care when you complain about Destiny 2: 0
You've been able to enjoy one of the greatest video games of all time. Shut your mouth, enjoy what you got, and stop feeling so damn entitled.

That’s where you’re wrong bc I care. The attitude you have is very lack luster, and won’t improve the game whatsoever. I want this game to be better than D1, not a cheap copy with some quality of life improvements

You gave no alternatives. It was just a -blam!- fest. You aren't trying to fix anything, and being better than D1 is easy. It's already there. In almost every conceivable way, D2 improved over D1. It doesn't have the freshness of D1, and no game ever will. There's also only one Star Wars. Sure they could have catered to only hard core Destiny fans... but they were trying to grow their fan base. The casual fan has so much to do in Destiny 2, it is a prime example of A SUCCESSFUL game as a live service, and others are doing their best to emulate them. And THAT, my friend, is what the haters and complainers fail to appreciate.

You don't need the ability to cater, you just need the ability to appreciate them, and the value they provide. Without casuals, all games would die. See... Mass Effect: Andromeda or No Man's Sky. See Anthem! The game that positioned itself almost exclusively on Destiny 2's success. Do some critical thinking before you post diatribes, you'll gain more respect from like minded individuals.
