2 RespostasIt needs to be brought up to highest rpm. You have to be on the ground to use it, so a fusion rifle peaking or 180 hc will destroy any skill ceiling. With a higher rate of fire you could shoot in the air and the ground. The definition of pinnacle.

i just got it and was very disapointed considering other pulse rifle are way better unless you have buff going.

2 RespostasEditado por ScottF 2112: 5/7/2019 1:30:25 PMYes... right next to a bunch of PVE Pinnacle weapons in my vault waiting for a future sandbox change (hmm, I have a lot of stuff in my D1 vault waiting too). Still it was something to chase. I learned to like Rumble and learned to play in some different ways to get the quest done. I think it was more about the journey than the weapon in this case. I've seen people say it is good for peek shooting, but have been waiting for Revelry to end to try that. Unfortunately I'm not able to visualize a lot of situations on D2 maps where it would be better than than the meta weapons.

To be fair I did enjoy the grind but the the reward for the amount of time involved is very disappointing!!!!! But hey -blam!- that’s how the cookie crumbles I suppose It definitely won’t replace the last word anyway 😎😎😎😎👍👍

When I finally got the broadsword, I was VERY disappointed. My bygones and blast furnace do a much better job.

1 ResponderEditado por ReVenant: 5/6/2019 5:22:36 PMWould be nice if Redrix had Feeding Frenzy as a perk instead.... or at least didn't "require" a HeadShot Kill in order to proc.... or maybe they could give it the Luna's/NF treatment...and leave it's damage the same, but increase it's RPM from 340 to 390, while keeping all the same stats....that would at least make its neutral game more effective.

It's not a bad weapon. A lot don't like it because it's not as forgiving as the faster rifles. If you play passive with it and then like a psycho once it procs you can get some good kills with it. It can be quite fun in qp teamed with recluse.

After I got the original, I burnt around 3000 tokens for an arrow head brake, ricochet rounds, one with range and one with stability masterworks. They enhance the gun by making the recoil more vertical and extend the range. The range one has a target acquisition mod, and the stability one has a recoil mod (although thinking about it now might be pointless). In the right hands it is absolutely devastating, but compared to a sub par blast furnace I have, I feel it under performs.

That whole archetype needs more range and aim assist. They have the stats of a close to mid range weapon while being slow firing and very inaccurate... very bad decision from Bungie.

It’s a decent QP gun if you run devour warlock or one eyed mask (wormhusk is a good pairing too) the biggest problem with redrix is that by the time you kill someone you’re down to 70-90 health and if you go to your next engagement there’s a pretty good chance you trade or just get bodied by a bow or sniper if you don’t have any healing abilities.

2 RespostasYeah it’s a pointless pinnacle weapon. Bygones is much more reliable. Luna’s should have been a quickplay pinnacle weapon and Not Forgotten a Comp pinnacle weapon. There’s basically no reason to play quickplay if you want a cool reward to work towards.

But that claymore tho.....that grind was so worth it for a season exclusive weapon. But hey I got a cool emblem

Its pretty bad if you compare it to any other decent weapon. If this is the only weapon you own its not half bad. Just never use another pulse riffle as all the glaring issues with the redrix immediately show themselves the first time you shoot the Bygones and discover one takes 5 resets and one takes half a gambit reset.

You want a drop with arrow head and ricochet rounds if you want to use it in pvp.

Not even close, got it, sits in the vault. Even if it was it would be deemed OP and Bungie would take it from us and replace it with a big fat turd.
