Is it a pve or pvp weapon, because in it's current state it gets out matched by all pvp/pve kinetic weapons. In pve it does not have any group add slaying potential, nor cant it be used from far away situations. Also in pve since it takes up an exotic slot you cannot carry your extreme damage weapons. In pvp the perks cant be used that effectively because of its TTK which doesnt change even with the perk. Oh wait I forgot about gambit but add both of the cons and you are left with a subpar weapon. We already have mods in the game that allow us do more damage against taken, and since it's not a special weapon the damage is really low.
