Here's how I farm them, at least: - buy 2/day from spider. - dismantle all those weak legendaries from strikes. - faction quest reward (weekly). - Leviathan actually drops quite a high number of masterwork gear. - scrapper bounties. I do agree that they can be annoying, but trust me. Buying 2 a day adds up fast. :)
