It has a 25% damage increase on matching elements. The old burn was 300%.

(Kill clip is a 33% buff i believe) Stacking small buffs together effectively is what seperates one phasers from the rest.

Not saying it doesn't make some difference, but you can see how people think it's barely noticeable when we spent 3 years with a huge increase.

Could you imagine that type of buff now though? Three nighthawk hunters already wreck a boss on solar singe. One would do the job if we went back to burn without messing with boss hp. A lot of complaints about bullet sponge bosses in D1, but that allowed for strong modifiers.

Kill clip is 53% and i would rather just use thether every single fight giving me a 35% increase in damage that gets shared to multiple enemies. Not too mention fueling my team mates supers.

Haha yeah, see that's why I liked the burns. They made enemies that are normally just cannon fodder and turned them deadly.

Nothing felt more like light level 30 than getting gunned down by a fodder with 300% elemental damage
