Not true, first of all luna is very easy to acquire (anybody can get it they just need to invest time). Also these weapons reward good aim and good players which is a good thing. Now things like blade barrage & spectral blades (that actually take zero skill to use) need to get nerfed.

Anyone can also be an idiot and pay someone to get it for them because they don’t want to put in the time and effort themselves, and will pretend like they earned the gun.

Luna's really doesn't require much aim. I have a few thousand crucible kills on mine (from last season) and I hardly ever use it now. It gets boring, because it's so easy to use. And most supers don't really take skill at all. Blade barrage is super annoying and all, but I don't really think it needs a nerf. As a titan main, I'm fine with it.
