Blade Barrage is head and shoulders above the other two shutdown supers. Otherwise you'd see just as many people using Nova Bomb and Thundercrash as you do using Blade Barrage. Which isn't the case. Blade Barrage has faster cast time, faster speed of travel of the knives, and a larger AoE than the other two. It also gets two volleys of knives. Those are the reasons that set it above them.

Or maybe people arent use novabomb because gee novawarp is 20x more better with a blast radius that much bigger than nova bomb itself. Even capable of dodging BB. As for thundercrash, why use it when code of the commander can just block other supers rather decently, coupled with causing void explosions just from blocking. Heck even eats blade barrage. And still have time to toss a few shields for more kills.

Sentinel can eat Blade Barrage (and Nova Warp), but I don't want to be restricted to Banner Shield just to shut other people's supers down. And I don't know where you got the information of causing void explosions just by blocking. The enemy has to physically step into the Banner Shield to have a void detonator attached to them. Simply blocking attacks doesn't cause explosions.

Lol what? There's no comparison between BB and thundercrash and nova bomb. Thundercrash requires you to get close, you've got to pilot yourself in close and on smaller and indoor maps that's harder to do. Nova bomb requires you to be on top of someones head to use properly cause the tracking is a hindrance more than helpful, plus the nova bomb is slower to hit than BB. Blade barrage is, "I press the button and everything dies". You don't aim, you just look in one direction and win. For the blade barrage to be whiffed, you need to just about go out of your way to do so or someone needs to have been very fast or lucky to escape. If the blade barrage is whiffed that's user error, big time. The super is designed to do everything for you, the nova bomb requires set up and the thundercrash requires you to steer it. Again, no comparison at all. How does nobody understand that you can't compare something that requires only the press of a button at literally any time to something that requires thought on when to use it, if you'll kill yourself with the nova bomb, if your target will escape, etc. Go on thinking what you will. It's a fact that there's no fair comparison between BB and anything else in the game. Why do you think that BB is used over every other panic super? Because it's vastly superior in every way, try to argue against that.
