I completed it twice when it was in the strike rotation (about a month or so ago), I did it assesses in strike rotation, and as a blue option in the dreaming city. Please advise. As for Prime engrams I thought they are 5ish above the area. Example: current boots 300, the engram would show boots as 3005ish. Right?

For the malfeasance, only the blue flag version will wrk (if you are on that quest step). For the prime, it goes based off your overall power level, not necessarily the piece it decrypts into. In your case, your boots are quite a but higher than your other pieces & your overall, so the engram may not provide a boost to your boots specifically.

Oh, thank you. I’ve had a few prime engrams drop and got frustrated with it not helping with the light levels.
