Also get rid of the momentum cancellation on icarus dash and ionic blink, I dont see the point in that The single 6 second charge made sense with the release of d2 with its overbalance and slow ttk. Now that everything has been sped up, it shouldnt be too crazy to add a second charge through the wings of sacred dawn exotic? Especially when top tree dawnblade is so...weak. It could use some more power through a rework.
