Do you directly own Expansions 1 and 2 (Osiris and Warmind) on the same account you are trying to purchase Forsaken on?

You should try to restore your licenses to ensure the Xbox store is properly recognize your account owning the expansions: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 When the store recognizes your ownership of those expansions, the stand-alone version of Forsaken will change from “Not Available” to purchasable.

So if I am reading this correctly, just reinstall destiny 2? Seeing as I have it downloaded on my Xbox? (I just want to make sure this is correct)
