Some redditor did the math back at launch. I recall it's like having a cooldown mod that does EVERYTHING? It's not stellar, but like Transversive Steps it's just a solid all-the-time benefit, not situational at all.

right, but the cool down isn't all that noticeable, that's my point. It just doesn't seem worth it ya know... I'd much rather run another exotic like the transversive steps or ophidian aspects that actually have a more noticeable perk.

The cool down effect works as two mods for each ability

Editado por Rubius: 6/13/2018 4:27:22 PMIs it still the same as having two mods for each ability? Because the effectiveness of CD mods got buffed pretty significantly a while back, but this doesn't feel much different from release.

I’m not sure. It might not have changed with the mod change you’re talking about. Datto tested it a while ago and the cool down time was equivalent to 2 mods.

What's needed is a buff to that tracking perk that's never worked right. This helmet marks enemies through walls for me, I will wear it.

I like that word "buff" way much better than nerf....

Agreed. I only use it occasionally for strikes with unusual modifiers and I don't know what I'll need.
