So recently they supposedly they removed the cool down on cauterize and I've been playing around with it and found that it either works, or doesn't work.
Sometimes it works but sometimes it also has a couple second delay like before, is this a bug or is this just lag?
I was testing it in patrols and my thermite kills would only proc one stage of health regen, after a second or two the health regen would work.
Tried it with the stoke the forge melee and sometimes it wouldn't work rapidly killing thrall with the charged melee (stoke the forge fully recharges another melee charge if an enemy is killed by the charged melee).
Could it just be me experiencing this or are other people as well?
I have a clip coming showing the health regen perk not working.

Here's another one:

It appears to be a glitch in pve but it randomly works in PvP sometimes.
Clip of it not working by angelluisalba15 in crucible:

And to add to all the people telling me there is a cool down, in the patch notes it says the cool down was removed.
Also confirmed it has no cool down but sometimes it doesn't work properly.

1 ResponderSame thing actually happened with my lifesteal actually ! It didn't heal what it should have was exactly like it was when it was broken

You cant constantly chain health regen. It was a ninja nerf that they didn't mention. Bungie ninja nerfs a lot.

4 Respostashopefully they fix it soon i had the same problem with cauterize not working "as intended"AND BUNGO IF YOUR READING THIS FIX YOUR SHIT!!!!

1 ResponderIt was nerfed sometime near the beginning of year two so it had a second to two cool down so you can't chain kills and always regen health

4 RespostasThis was today. It's definitely glitched.

Yeah something is up with cauterize sorta feels like a useless perk at the moment.
-
1 ResponderIt seems the burst healing effect is still bugged.

2 RespostasHave you taken the fact it procs every 3 sec. Plus have you thought of IT GIVES HEALTH not regen
-
Bump. Kind of sad they weren't aware enough to adapt this in the hotifx.

2 RespostasEditado por tesc22: 3/30/2017 9:39:29 AMBump They didn't remove the cooldawn

7 RespostasIsn't damage stopping your health regen? I think that seemed to be the case in the first video clip at least, and probably in the second too.
-
2 RespostasI'm unsure if there maybe a bit of confusion. So just in case there is: Stoke the forge counts only on reset if the actual punch kills. If the kill happens by the burn, it counts as a burn, not a melee. Cauterize: in the beginning of TTK, cauterize healed you upon every kill. This was deemed a bit OP (and it truthfully was when you were trying to take down a rapidly healing Hammer of Sol) so they knocked it back to click after every 3 seconds. Judging by your videos, it's actually working as intended.
