Will not be getting ROI
As most that are on Xbox I play because I am disgusted by the controller's PlayStation has, and a large majority of my friends agree with that statement and are fellow Xbox consumers. If there were going to be two year exclusives when told differently then I would not have purchased Destiny. Yes I have a PlayStation 4 and I refused to double pay and have to restart my progression that I have since TDB dlc, until further information is given you have another sale loss. MOST multiplatform games have a 30 day sometimes three month wait on exclusive content, if this was the outcome from the get go i would have never purchased this game that has been a great experience and should've been a exclusive game for the PlayStation community (pretty small penis community) they have the worst exclusives from knack to no man's sky.
This studio needs to look at what others have done *cough cough* Blizzard.

This is a discussion that needs to happen between Sony and Microsoft. They're the ones who want exclusives to sell product. Microsoft paid for Mass Effect and Bioshock to be exclusive for one year or more. That was nearly 10 years ago. This won't stop unless it's agreed at MS/Sony level. What business wouldn't want to take additional money for timed exclusive content?
