Anyone read this & thought... 'Destiny much?' No accusation of rip off, but I think they have def similarities. A tower, a gunslinger, mythic hand cannons.. It also has that mix of past fantasy n future sci-fi.. like a '3rd place' if you will.. Jus finishing up the first book in a series that King says may never actually end.. jus like Destiny's 10 year plan.. I'm sure there are literally millions of nods n influences in this game, but on volume 1 alone, I def see parts of The Dark Tower in Destiny..
