As I said in my opening statement - it all depends on how the argument is presented. If someone takes their time and if their argument/opinion is well articulated and rational, then the community is willing to have a sound discussion on the subject. However - as we all know, those type of threads are almost non-existence when it comes to this community and most of the 'nerf [insert weapon or class or ability]' threads are nothing but someone that is upset and they come here ranting. (aka bitching) Does this community ever over-react when it comes to a nerf posting without taking the time to read - yes it does. But then again, it's typically the same rhetoric, just a different color or flavor and the community just doesn't want to deal with the brain dead idiots. After all it's the classic "The boy who cried wolf too many times" when it comes to having an open discussion regarding balancing the game. Agree or disagree with my view, but you can't ignore the fact that too often when it comes to a nerf posting, it is always someone that is bitching.

I disagree because I have made a well thought out post regarding the Ram in year one and one that wasn't well made. The difference was barely noticeable, if I can remember.
