Axion Bolt Proposition
So the Warlock die hard will probably not like this idea, but it's an idea nonetheless and the friends I was discussing it with feel like its golden.
Axion Bolt and other tracking grenades, like skip grenades, track you for an obscenely long time. Cool. It's excessive and lacking in skill to say the least.
My proposed change would be that with each passing second the grenade is tracking someone, the damage dealt on contact is decreased by 5%.
Balance logic.
EDIT: lol this community cracks me up! Bunch of blind people unable to see the point or even the logic behind, but then again the forum community is definitely lacking in intelligence to say the least.

That would partially destroy the function of the grenade. They're designed to apply pressure and move people away from areas, which is why they track and still do decent damage - to keep people away while they regen their health. Btw if you slide under axion bolts you take 3 damage, skip grenades I find hugging a wall then turning a corner gets rid of them. I personally don't think they're a large enough problem to warrant a damage nerf.

Axions have pretty shitty tracking range unless you use the perk that boosts their tracking.

1 ResponderWarlocks are already annoying stop asking for more shit. You have a melee that can hit people a mile away. Axion bolt tracks for the same distance as skips but its slower. If anything ask for an increase in its tracking/ movement speed.

Disagree. The nerf to Firebolts has already made SS basically useless. Now you want to nerf one fo the Voidwalker's best weapons. I swear the nerf calls NEVER stop.

its annoying, true, but at least its one of the more original grenades. its never been a problem during those 2 years and its not that strong either. your idea wouldnt change much anyway because 1. you would still run away or 2. it would still hit you before enough time has passed to deal less than 100dmg. instead of nerfing the dmg, decrease the radius where the grenade detects 2 people to follow or decrease the time a bit. or dont nerf it at all. its not to strong anyway.

3 RespostasShoot the axion bolt. Problem solved. Or run/ jump. Axion bolts are not that good. Skip grenades tend to bounce and then track. Move when you see them bounce.
